MIDAS

MIDAS (version OCTAS0103200) is a control keypad on an RS-485 ULTRABUS serial bus compatible with EL.MO. intrusion control panels from the ETR, PREGIO, PROXIMA, VIDOMO2K, and TITANIA series. It allows control of all system inputs and operating states, with the option of partially programming the operating functions. All functions are fully programmed via PC. MIDAS incorporates a front reader for M4 and M4LED proximity keys for rapid arming/disarming with a confirmation beep. MIDAS is equipped with a backlit LCD display for displaying control panel status, management, and command messages. It also features an alphanumeric keypad, function keys, and four system partitioning keys; the messages on the display and specific LED indications greatly facilitate system management operations. It is equipped with tamper protection against attempts to open and remove the panel from the wall. Its compact size and refined design make MIDAS suitable for a variety of installation situations, both domestic and commercial/industrial. MIDAS is certified by IMQ-Allarme EN 50131-3, security grade 2-3 based on the system in which it is inserted, environmental class II and EN 50131-6.
