BLADE
Dual-technology wall-mounted detector with curtain coverage, 4 m range
BLADE is a high-performance, wired, dual-technology (MW + IR) volumetric detector with curtain protection and a range of 4 m. It offers compact dimensions and a low profile. Depending on your needs, the detector can be mounted vertically or horizontally, between the shutter and the window/door. The vertical IR beam angle of just 15° ensures maximum precision, reducing the risk of false alarms by covering the actual areas to be protected without extending the beams to surrounding areas. BLADE uses a digital passive infrared sensor and a 24 GHz microwave section equipped with a small DRO planar antenna. The sensor is also equipped with an active anti-masking and double masking device (DAM).
